You will go through a free 3 hour training with one of our Account Reps in your area discussing the business in detail, Federal & State regulations pertaining to the industry and the entire debt settlement process. DSSC will review your website, prepare your client enrollment docs and welcome packages to match that of your company and provide you with a complete training handout for your salespeople.
Back-End Customer Support – DSSC's back-end support includes verification and processing of enrollment documents, delivery of personalized Welcome Packs and monthly personalized Newsletters. Client services will also perform quality control compliance welcome calls reviewing the program with all clients. DSSC's technology gives us a cutting edge and allows you to focus on sales and marketing.
Back End Servicing – DSSC will be servicing of all of your clients, including providing each and every client with their own personal Account Manager. The account manager will consistently be in contact with your clients throughout the term of the program, making sure they understand the process and making sure the client is providing us with all the pertinent information needed.
